Please do not think I am being precious its just what I see, seems to be too much money grabbing and not enough focus on how to provide a quality property management service to landlords.We are spoilt for choice in Australia for great property managers. 

I know experienced investors' time is precious and I respect that.In addition, I'm not sure a tip once in a while from different professional would be enough as I'd prefer a more hand-in-hand approach.Make sense ?

If you move slow you are just losing money and your own precious time plus more stress until payday - closing.

The only way I would consider buying precious metals online is if I have recommendations by others who have successfully used them.So I’m asking the regulars here at BP if you have any recommendations.

This is the case regardless of the type of collateral (cash, jewelry, real estate) you are using to collateralize the loan.

Additionally you can use options which aren't leveraged per se, but can work that way if used properly. 2)  The fact that you say your "interest in liquidity is dismissed" makes me really want to encourage you to do some more research on investing in general whether that be RE, traditional investments, precious metals, etc.
