Tile isn’t as popular in Northern New England.

But since MTR became popular especially in Vegas we just went to our broker who placed the tenant for a lease fee and its worked great.. its a nice way to go this MTR.. 

The market research and development can be intensive, but there’s growing demand in many areas, especially near popular natural destinations.Best of luck!
