I've been pondering if I should get my real estate license or not.

Simply pondering.

Pondering this aloud for a situation that a friend of mine has found herself in.

There were some lovely duplexes, 4 plexes, apartment buildings, whatever.If you keep an eye open for such while you're pondering your next move, something like that may open up for sale. 

My debt right now is 37k in school loans, 293$ per month in car payment (I am pondering paying this off-total of 9k in final payments) as well as 50$ per month of recurring credit card debt.So I guess I'm just wondering if that is a good option or if it would be less messy to pay off the car and maybe either pay off half or more of the student debts.

Let us ponder the allure in this 1880's sitting area.  

The question I keep pondering, are either of these good deals?

I have briefly pondered this issue as well.Yes, your eyes will instantly be fixated on the BMW, and yes it is very important to make a good first impression.

I'm currently deployed so I've got nothing better to do in my free time than read and ponder all this.  

Teri Thank you I am pondering my next step I had most of my friends properties rented but during the recession renters stopped paying and destroyed properties  80% of the properties are not occupied as I ponder whether to repair and rent.
