I’m pretty sure FHA loans are assumable as well - I believe they discussed this on a podcast awhile ago. 

I do understant the team risk, market risk and deal risk in syndication as Scott in his podcast said.Thank you for your insightsSanjay I am not sure its "better", depending on the syndication it could be better, it could be worse.

I guess not to buy since I just finished one of the new BP podcast episode - Rent INSTEAD of Buying by Jonathan lollKeep on renting does make sense at least for now (and maybe a little longer since the housing market is still HOT around here.)

Clayton Morris is another great example: He was on a BP podcast episode, had his own show on Fox News, etc. look what happened there.
