My long term vision is to merge real estate and design and go after new construction developments.

Those brain storming sessions that take a long time to just form the name but then the vision of the company is clear and has a real brand and market potential.

Check your municipal Official Community Plan to determine the city's vision for redevelopment.

There are some things you can do.1) Get super clear on your vision and purpose.

I have already had a survey of the land completed to verify that it is zoned for duplex development and have a vision for how I would like to develop the land.
