I manage in Destin and Miramar Beach, never came across a property manager license requirement.

My concern with a house is finding the balance between acquisition price and appeal in a beach town. 

No major roads between the house and the beach?

I live in the West Palm Beach DMA here in South Florida.

This encompasses everything from studio condo's to multimillion dollar beach front homes, and everything in between. 

I currently have a solid base of liquid assets and am looking to diversify my investments.I own two fully paid-off single-family homes in Tampa and am currently considering buying a luxury condo in Hallandale Beach for $600K.

I know in my area of FL 2 miles away from Clearwater Beach a 3/2 non pool home will do $50k-ish and a 3/2 with a pool will do $80k+ and even more if heated.
