How did you overcome the price as it’s really expensive out here.

I've been gaining a lot of knowledge recently which is helping me overcome this fear!

Just be sure to know your market and competitors so you can overcome objections to the higher rate.

In business and other things a mentor will assist in helping overcome obstacles and cut down on costly mistakes as well, at least that is my belief. 

I am currently analyzing deals and trying to overcome analysis paralysis.

The issue I cannot overcome is why blanket the airwaves with marketing and advertising to find investors when the company can be putting their own money into these projects and reaping all the profits?

Anyone else have these issues starting out and how did you overcome them?

So you don't have the money and don't (yet) have the knowledge to overcome not having the money.Again, I love the enthusiasm and encourage you to continue on your real estate path.
