You live in a very cheap market so no need to outsource your management right now.

FOr reasons I will not mention that has to do with the 20th of May WINK WINK they couldn't ist it.So they found us, because we have the best website in the world  (We outsource our SEO to magical fairies) they found us and that free lead is about to give us over $80K.Why?

We started with these goals:Business partner wants to retire in ~6 years.I want to retire in ~20 years.We want to have $120k in cash flow by year 6 and $600k in cash flow by year 20.After buying and improving each business or property we want to outsource management.With these goals in mind we came up with a plan to invest $220k per year for the next 5 years ($1.1m total excluding capex), purchasing one passive income business (apartment building, storage units, ???)

So unless you can sleep like a baby after that morning's eviction you need to outsource that stuff because you won't be able to make the right financial decisions when all of your heart strings are being pulled at daily. 

It has been difficult with having my own business and HR consulting outsourcing plus doing the real estate and maintaining a wife and daughter happy.

What are the property prices like in your market and do you have experience managing them (or are you looking for a larger property and outsourcing the management?)

You can 100% outsource it, but that of course eats into the returns.
