I’ve also challenged them to listen to BP podcast as well, and explained that it’s up to them to educate themselves and fuel their minds - but I also know where my thought process was like at 20yrs of age.

Listen to as many of the various BP podcasts that you can, go back and listen to some older ones as well.

I'm new to the real estate investment world, but have been listening to as many podcast episodes as I can, while also trying to read as many books as I can. 

I would agree with the others that the Buy than Build book is a great read or listen (I have the audio book).

I will be making $55-$60/h by the time I’m certified at 21/22.I am also looking into side hustles to increase my income such as flipping cars, reselling etc.As of right now I have around 8k saved, and 5k invested in stocks.Obviously I cannot buy a property with just a few grand right now, but basically I just want to ask for any advice or tips you would give to me or your younger self when you started.I usually listen to audio books on personal finance and business while working instead of music to further my knowledge.Any sort of advice is welcome, books, podcasts, methods to learn about.

I've listened to just about every podcast in the BP library, hell I was listening to "left field investing" before they got bought out back when they were on the "gentle art of crushing it". 

Of course, you won't listen to this common sense because you know more than everyone else here on BP and will have to learn the hard way.So, recommend you find and attend some local investor meetings or commit to watching all the videos and reading all the material here on BP that you can.Good luck:)
