Because I am new to the scene, the area, and a lot of the rules of investment in the USA, as well as Texas itself I was hoping to meet as many people as possible and start to better understand the market.

Account Closed is alluding to, in my self-storage scene, building materials have gone up around 50% in the past 1.5 years. 

@Luz Pagan this is pretty typical in a hot market if you are a new player on the scene. 

How is the rehab scene in centrally valley - it looks like cash flow is almost non existent ?

They mentioned that the scene is really saturated with wholesalers chasing the same deals...do you find this to be true?

Looks far enough away from Panama Beach and the party scene.
