Should we put up real cameras?

This time, I had a camera clean out to really find out what's going on.

Vegas hotels have security and cameras so I’m pretty sure you were fine and not even an ambulance was called.  

If the seller decides to not provide complete info or use their 0 megapixel instant camera for the photos, that is on them.

For me it's all about having a great cleaning person/crew.Homeaway and Airbnb make it easy to keep an up to date calendar, accept payments, refund security deposits.Then nice to have are automated locks (I still use a lockbox), security cameras, wifi thermostats.You need great pictures and descriptions, you need to be responsive to inquiries and issues.You need a great location so that you have demand at your property.I think this is the Cliff Notes version.Take up Lucas Carl on the phone call.

I would take a move in/move out inspection form, and a camera.  

The pictures I saw were taken with an older phone or bad camera, and have someone else's old furniture in there.

Can someone recommend a security camera that requires no WiFi?

Make your property hard to rob and the tenants feel safe by adding in physical security deterrence, lights, fence, ADT sign, a caution sign for a dog, cameras, etc.Hope that helps, good luck!
