I spent a day off BP and I came back to a lot of information going in a bunch of different directions.I’ve began to think that I’ve let ego and thoughts of monetary reward go to my head.  

If not, you may want to consider civil court and seek monetary damages which may not be collectible but can at least motivate the tenant to leave. 

I believe the vast majority of folks have a misunderstanding of how our monetary system operates.

Especially with more fiscal stimulus, as opposed to just pure monetary stimulus, the inflation will hit consumer prices much harder and because of global reduction in production we have a deadly combination of trillions of dollars flooding the currency and fewer goods to purchase.

Unless you are one of the very rare people able and wanting to fill up their days and nights with intensive, time consuming and exhausting numerous monetary pursuits I don’t see how your accomplishing your goal of simplifying and downsizing your life.

So in practice... although maybe perhaps the actual monetary value doesn't increase ... the desire to buy that house compared to the competing houses in that market will increase for your buyers!

Which is basically tapping in to your network of people, ask them to find leads based on your criteria, and then offering a monetary reward if your able to close.

$7 trillion in stimulus, loose monetary policy, going to war in Ukraine, tariffs, limited drilling, and 5-10 million fewer workers (limited immigration for 1.5 years, mass early retirement during the pandemic, added deaths, millions more on disability with long covid or claims of it).
