Do you wonderful people have any recommended podcasts/podcast episodes, website articles or anything of the quick, informative and inspirational mentality that I can listen and review with my family?

A mentality that I've always followed is "do the math, and the math will tell you what to do." 

But me thinks the renter mentality would find this challenging to even comprehend in many rental dominated markets.. but in high end markets Like NYC or SF or LA or WA DC  were rents are say 3k and above maybe this works..  

However, my son's death, and the subsequent divorce (and mental shut down) really hurt my credit. 

Sometimes its hard to understand a tenant's mentality, and sometimes they say and do things that ire us.

While this may an interesting mental exercise to go through, my opinion is this would be a foolish thing to actually do. 

Yes maybe it's not manual labor, but mentally it takes perseverance.As far as taking advantage, you are incorrect.

If you can prepare yourself mentally for that then I think you can become a great real estate investor over time.
