You are already in the right place in the BP forums, but try to consume as much podcast and reading material as you can.

You've obviously read renting out properties is easy and profitable - but, have you looked at when the material was published? 

If they were a better material, I probably would have loved the house even more but if they were a color I didn't like it would have been a harder sell for me.
