The location hasn't had a lot of demand which has made it challenging for him to find an end buyer. 

Or if your gut tells you that your family will be happy in this new location, then follow that instinct!

I like Dundalk because of it's location (easy to get south and 20 minutes away from shopping areas.Any advice on this area?

The property is in a great location,  close to stores, restaurants, fair grounds, freeway access, and less than a mile from hospital.

@Simon Packman Not sure where you’re located but I have Vermont Mutual in Northern New England for most of my properties and the most I’m paying for any of them is around $4400.

It is located on a very scenic setting.
