Pick the argument you like better but realize no body knows.  

My business is lean, strong, and focused on just what I want now.

That means I'm coordinating access to the home which is a pain.Start networking now to find some folks you can lean on and build that local network.

I do not think this topic has been discussed here on BP so let me throw it out there - lets talk about finding the buried bodies. 

However, it’s important to maintain enough liquidity for unexpected repairs, vacancies, or other expenses across your existing portfolio.If I were in your shoes, I would likely lean towards reinvesting in a way that balances both cash flow and appreciation.

Are you open to both or lean towards one strategy?

I'm leaning toward the RV Park AND Self Storage just to be diversified. 

As it has been said, I would tend to lean towards continuing to rent.
