Do you know how to read the credit/criminal background?

STR Property management is common and I know a lot of folks doing this.  

Working with the city to find a solution.Unfortunately, most agents may not understand the legal property status nor actually know how to find out what it is.

I dont believe so but am not an expert on the topic - I do know that in Texas at least, it is marketed for owner occupants first and then after a certain time period they allow investors to put offers in.

I've talked to a ton of lenders and if they know it's an investment property, you're looking at 15-20% down minimum (non owner occupied).

So happy to not being using QB.Most accountants probably won't know PM software, but there are some that do. 

That being said, I don't know if what I've seen is "hate."
