I see you are in San Antonio, I listened to an episode of the BP podcast in which they interviewed this lady from there.

Could you confirm if there are cats please.I plan on responding tomorrow.Yes the lady above does have a cat too. ( she never told us about the cat when she signed the lease but we feel she is a good renter so we let it go ) I never thought to mention a cat when showing unit, only mentioned the two dogs because they bark and l wanted a tenant that is okay with that.Do l have any legal obligation to have let him know there was a cat prior to signing lease?

Land, and by some extension the improvements built upon it, are the only kind of property in this world that is really real.Any thoughts, ladies and gentlemen?

Very nice young lady. location is right in between both her jobs.

Originally the property was a restaurant but the birth mom rented it out 20 years ago to a lady who converted it to a store.

A lady is wanting to sell her property and I have been contacted by someone who is interested.

It was an older lady who owned the house so I don't think she ever went through the trouble of fixing anything cosmetic. 

The old lady let us in.

Now the rental reference the tenant gave on the application the lady's name was that of the man who owns the house wife who also gave yet another amount they pay for rent at their current residence.
