It needed a new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, a new porch roof, and needed to be totally rewired.   

My primary residence is currently being remodeled- new kitchen and bathrooms.

Dust and spider web all over the place, kitchen and oven was disgusting, somebody did their business in the toilet and it was still marks.

Live in renovations for something like a kitchen or bathroom upgrade are possible but messy.

I had them installed during the remodel up there.The first floor where my wife and I currently occupy is also recently updated with a new kitchen, all new appliances and is also a 2 bedroom with a fully finished basement.

For example, the layout of one kitchen might lend itself to adding a dishwasher easily.

These are multifamily properties with multiple kitchen and laundries.

Plan is to wall it off and convert to a 4br/2ba,  update existing bath and kitchen, new floors,  interior and exterior  paint.
