The US justice department has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the owner/landlord, alleging that at least 2 female tenants in past were subjected to "egregious sexual harassment and retaliation".

I read so many people moaning here about LL-friendly versus non-LL-friendly states as the basis of the decision to invest in City A versus City B and next to nothing about the importance of building relationships with local law enforcement/local justices a business decision.

If we happen to get a little appreciation as well, then that's just icing, :^)  The tenant pool is a concern as well.

It inspires furious denunciations against racist justice among minority populations.

If what they said is true, it is miscarriage of justice.

There are three court cases involving Bridgehouse and its owner, Mario Robert at the Justice Court in Maricopa county in Arizona (case numbers CC2018-219950, CC2018-250364, CC2018-065079).Two victims, each owed over $10,000 by Bridgehouse (both posted YELP & BiggerPockets reviews) will swear that the person they met at the Bridgehouse America offices in Colorado is the same person who appears in some very negative news articles in Colorado.I will let not offer my opinion but let you judge for yourself once you have read the articles.Bridgehouse-America is owned by Mario Robert. 

Invest for cash flow first, tax advantages are second, pay down of loan is third (increase equity = over time) and appreciation is just icing on the cake.
