I'm sure a lot of other people would in this group as well! 

This comes from several data points, the first being the average age at which people are choosing to stop renting and buy their first home.

Did you know before it happened, that new regulations were coming regarding condominiums that now makes a large number of people both regret buying and now not being able to afford the  payments on the "great deal" they bought a while back?

I am very cautious about stuff like this but if i find anything interesting or worthwhile considering I can let people know.

I see people purchasing new STR's here and others dumping their properties or converting into LTR's. 

I think a lot of people like those on the Forum are entrepenurial thinkers and can design ok on their own, but of course there are some people who cannot design a doghouse and will need you for the whole project, lots of those folks out there..... :-)

Very unfortunate as continue to see people who are providing others with money and not understanding until its too late that their money was never secured and was gone the moment they wired those funds

Its super easy to have each tv set to guest mode so that people can log in, use their own subscription services, and then be automatically logged out at the end of their stay.
