I am hoping this gives me a head start in funding the initial investments.I also have some high balance liquid assets, but I am putting all or most those funds into other investment vehicles to diversify my holdings such as stocks, bonds, etc.

Your ability to identify properties and markets where you can generate equity (both imputed and appreciated) while using debt responsibly and knowing when is most appropriate to sell is how you acquire more real estate. 

Maybe not for my generation, or even a youngster like @Jay Hinrichs, but for the bitcoin investing/trading generation, it’s probably something they’ll have no problem going with.  

It is already renovated, tenant-occupied (or ready for tenants), and generating income from day one.

If it were really for the motive of protecting the people, the people would still have there option and freedom to initiate the action themselves.
