Hi Brett - local PM here - we have a few development projects, small multifamily and tonwhouses that we are gearing up for sale in the next 6 months.

As there is a general flight to affordability, the new developments don't fill as quickly, and rely on concessions and/or lower asking rents to fill up.  

Over the last year, I've developed a passion for real estate and want to be able to use it to generate income and secure financial freedom in the long run.

Summary: 7 loans outstanding: 4 in foreclosure, 1 in default - trying to develop a plan before I begin foreclosing, 1 current, but has needed multiple payoff extensions, 1 current with no issues.

I would love it if someone developed software that automatically changes the cover photos and tracks impressions and conversions.

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

Tagged as a developer, surely, you'd want there to be more development projects.

Lastly funding developer who has 3 subdivisions going in WA DC market. these are big time deals and with our funds for the soft costs  500 k to 1 mil on each project my client is going to make  sit down  but probably over 10 million net  life changing money and well we will do good too !!

I do ground-up urban infill multifamily development and we are effectively at standstill as far as new projects go.
