Listen to as many podcasts as possible, during periods of inactivity, or driving or whatever.. try to narrow in on what you want, that will help people give more specific info..Vegas is awesome I went there on business once.

So if you can make 6% in real estate and pay your student loans off while still having 1% to yourself, that is still far superior than sitting on the sidelines doing nothing. 6% passive beats 0% inactive

To the best of my knowledge in California a bond is required to get the state to issue a valid contractors license.Quoting cslb.ca.gov"A Contractor's Bond must be in place before CSLB can issue an active license, reactivate an inactive license, or renew an active license.

I LOVE vintage homes, so I keep a close eye on the greater east end/ 2nd ward (specifically eastwood, broadmoor, idlewood, lawndale, and oak lawn) and more recently the activity on the near north (north-side village up to lindale park) has caught my attention.I'm looking to connect with anyone that's active in these areas, find out how I could get involved, would love to see a rehab of a 100 year old house in action
