I am trying to get a hard money loan to start with the BRRR method.

I've seen plumbers and builders stop hiring because all the "young" people start the job and then don't put in any effort or stop showing up.Figure out what you want to make hourly, then start telling everyone and their brother that you need work, how many hours you are available, etc. 

I've been a long-time watcher from the sidelines, and I'm finally ready to start making some real estate investments in South Florida.

Do you already own any properties, or are you just getting started and looking to purchase your first one?

As you start you will want to take into consideration that many owners and hosts use more than just AirBNb to host their properties.
