All because I asked one little question.So the moral of my little story is not to give up, stay plugged in to bigger pockets, get educated, and for all that’s good and holy in this world if you aren’t a pro member yet spend the paltry amount of money they’re asking for and pony up- it’s worth the investment.

I have actually tracked my investments with one such firm that provides these in my BP blog series  Have I Found the Holy Grail of Passive Real Estate Investing?

So markets in “holy grail” states, such as Texas, are pretty much closed off, but if you’re willing to accept a less return — maybe signfcantly less — you can potentially find deals in other non-judicial states.  

I think Set for Life was an amazing book and a solid start to "holy cow this is possible" but it was also death by 1,000 options.I've found myself listening to business and entrepreneur podcasts and books over real estate. mindset and daily habits play such a vital role in any success and it feels like it's not really addressed. 

And given the composition of the court now, there is a chance that they will strike down rent control wholesale (as a taking of private property.) that would be the holy grail!
