With some enlightenment, it should be possible to forge a win/win sharing economy relationship with farming.

However, I understand that I am less experienced in this new field so a pay cut would be understandable.)And lastly, if any realtors could, please enlighten me with any other advice you may have! 

So hopefully this is enlightening for my future self and for anyone new to investing.I have been analyzing deals, networking, reading, listening... basically doing everything I could do to close my first deal... minus actually making offers on properties I saw as deals.

I would rather lend to someone I know personally and that knows me personally because I think it heightens the payback probability and allows me to judge the most important thing here which is character.  

If their interest rate is higher and compensates them more then the heightened risk of non-collection may or may not be worth the additional interest collected.  

Why don't you enlighten those of us who aren't get'n right with some of your investment wisdom?
