I bought a nursery one time at foreclosure sale and someone else owned the nursery stock but they had to harvest it within a certain amount of time some of them have long term leases though that dont extinsguish with the foreclsoure sale.. all the things you learn when you jump into this without knowing up front.

I have bought and sold dozens of properties in Madison, Harvest, and Huntsville.With the BRAC activity starting back about 10 years ago, we saw a lot of folks move to the area and were literally shocked at how far there money went in buying homes. 

Perhaps these lists of people marketed to could even be harvested or analyzed later down the road for other purposes in the marketing campaign?

On a daily basis, we get home from work and usually spend 20-30 minutes in the garden harvesting things and checking on the plants.
