I use the ones with sticky grip strips. 

@Aaron Linden I have done both and am currently using the grip strip stuff.

The camera crew, makeup crew, sound crew, lighting crew, gaffers, grips, electrician, art director, catering etc. are all scheduled to be there at that time to get the shots the producer needs for the storyline for that episode, and then they all go home.

I definitely will ask questions once I get a better grip on what strategy I want to focus on.
