It helps that I love the adventure and challenges that this profession offers, I love getting the chance to form connections with people that will be beneficial for the both of us, and I love getting to upgrade and improve people's lives while beautifying the planet as well. 

Dogs are already the best species on our planet to pick up human social cues, which is yet another reason they can make fantastic emotional support animals.As for a pit or any other animal/dog I might be considered about, I would include in my lease that the lessee is entirely responsible for any damage their animal causes to another person, another animal, or property.  

@Aaron Xie - all good advice above.IMHO-I'd lend out a portion to local investors as a private/hard money lender secured by a note and mortgage and never go above 65% LTV.The rest I'd leverage to pick up several SFH here in Indianapolis and maybe a small commercial unit as well.I'm surprised you mentioned a few out of State locations when you already live in one [if not the best] areas to invest on the planet!

Ask Fodor's or Lonely Planet to put it in their tourist guides :lol: But the grandma and boy thing is kinda freaky.

I am an agent and have done deals like this before- I can tell you that if a buyer wanted me to do a three-way call with the seller, there is no chance on this planet that I would allow that, for a multitude of reasons.
