I am also a bit confused as I was agreeing, as a person who has been inside of the MMHA world, I don't see the value what so ever, for anyone, and I feel sympathy with the landlords who don't have the "juice" to call up the governors office or similar and get a call back in 15 minutes, that's what the MMHA and similar are supposed to be but in my experience they don't.

Many governors claim they have no money to contribute and the order also doesn’t bind the states to contribute. 

I wanted to give everyone an update on the Governor's latest executive order and how it affects investors.

Governors, mayors, even federal agency’s are intervening and creating unanticipated liabilities for owners and landlords and it’s incumbent on the landlord to assure these laws are complied with while protecting their investment and minimizing their liabilities.

The water company turned the water off for two weeks in March, but with Covid the governor ordered all utilities to stay on. 

Hi @Eslam Samy ,The Governor's eviction moratorium has been extended to October 1st, however most likely will continue past that date.

Also periodically check the governor's website governor.ny.gov for updates.As for the tenant, when negotiating the purchase you could stipulate that certain units be vacated prior to close.
