I currently house hack in Chicago, however, going from that to STRs where I cannot self manage is a different ball game and just wanting to pick peoples brains who are doing what I'm interested in doing.

The lender has a duty to track their loans and recorded documents are notice of the change in ownership.The most serious problem is when a "kitchen table transaction" is used and not-recording the deed is used to intentionally hide the transfer. 

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

This did formulate a table of income and expenses and I had the option to include receipts I uploaded for those income and expense transactions.
