Cash flowing in the type of market we have is extremely difficult, especially with such a small down payment. 

Just depends on how extreme you want to take things.As far as financing, condos can be tough. 

They are just way too slow, unprofessional, and completely incompetent, and it is extremely hard to deal with them.

It's obviously a lot more complicated to compare the different business models, making the blanket statement "Us commishes are 3x higher" extremely flawed logic.

It is extremely important that we get all claims submitted soon for investors.

Some jurisdictions are taking the statewide ADU rules and going much further extreme.  

Take an extreme example and say one person owned 50% of all bitcoin.

So the probability of someone replacing their W2 income is extremely low.
