Is the housing market there looking like a buyers market ready to explode or a sellers looking stagnant?

I know people who figured out 10 years ago before most that Medellin was going to explode in popularity as it did and they bought property then, thinking it was cheap.

This area has exploded with growth.

I agree with you though between appreciation, debt pay down and cash flow my Net worth has exploded since I started in RE (about 2 years ago).

In 2003 and 2004 dallas was a tertiary market amd now Its exploded!
