Real estate syndication investing is still quite valuable as it can offer higher Returns than investing in public REITs but not as high returns as direct ownership and management of real estate by some experienced people, but with the benefit of being far more passive, than direct ownership/management. 

Another route is to find somebody who's experienced and raise money for their deals.

Build a Network – To get your name out there, you can join local real estate investment groups, online forums, or platforms like BiggerPockets.

If it's a lender that does not allow me to speak to an underwriter, see guidelines, or speak to an account manager, I will try not to work with them, unless I know the Account Executive is very experienced. 

Husband is interested investing in them, but I cannot find ANYTHING online about them no reviews ANYTHING!!

Is it because it's a 2 bedroom or is it because it's in a better location and looks better in online pictures.
