Years ago, I could file claims for small, even minimal, damages on my rental properties, like a few fence pieces blown off during a storm.

I use Quickbooks online for the formal accounting so it's easy for my tax guy to get in there and do his piece every year, since I have an LLC per building.

It looks like a very simple or basic apartment, and it needs some serious design pieces.

I am not sure if an attorney review will help with this, specific, basic level of knowledge.Just like an attorney likely won't call out, from a legal perspective, that you are investing with a sponsor who is 23 yrs old and been a residential loan underwriter for 8 months before trying to piece together a syndication.
