Once you have a basic MO you'll be able to improve it and accelerate it. when you are 10 years from the goal starting slow is the last thing you want to do BUT 0 to 50 houses is hard to digest. 0 to 10 is much more comprehendible

Anyway, I'm wanting to join the STR cabin rental fray in Sevier County, and so I've been stalking @Julie McCoy, @Avery Carl, and @Lucas Carl, who intimidates me because he not only can digest thunderstorms, he seems to enjoy doing it.I come with questions.

Specifically looking at where turn Key investors are working, reading a ton of forums; Money and Kiplinger's magazine publish several articles a year that I digest about best cities to live in, retire in etc.
