It just seems to me that of the four wealth creators of real estate, appreciation is where real wealth is created, and not the $200/month in cash flow.

Dream goal: financial freedom to travel a TON and teach our future kids the value of travel, purchase retirement properties for all 4 parents, and build a 4 generation house.Working on creative financing and finding the right deal for a Multi-family in the next 3 months so we can maintain some liquid cash.I've been a teacher, coach, and creator my whole life so I'm looking forward to knock out the first deal, keep the pendulum in motion, and share my experience to help others.

The appeal to create a course for sale is that the creator can leverage their time and experience by recording valuable, high-quality content, run ads behind it and collect passive income.

They are offering first year free for a domain and under $4/month for hosting,.but they have some pretty nasty reviews, but I tried their site creator and it seems to do the job.
