So thats the reality from my point of view I made a business out of this for many years and my dad made a business out of this in the 70s through the 80s so lots of experience at it. 

MTR and STR operate more like a business.

BP is a great place to learn the business.

Thats why you see very few HML that were in business prior to 2010 to 2011..

If the loan officer asks you about your debts, you can ask clarifying questions such as are you asking for personal debts or business debts?
