How do we avoid this and give me full control and ownership of the property.Your going to have real trouble concealing it from the bank without taking undue risk and possibly some fraud, for instance a big issue on these is insurance, often times your name is on a new deed so you need to be on insurance but the change of ownership alerts the bank that title has been transferred, I’m sure they are ways to conceal this from a bank but all of them involve significant risk, certainly questionable ethics and possible fraud.
