It's a more involved discussion that requires one on one communication and no, joining a "community" does not prepare you.

Agents are also susceptible to this, but tends to be more prevalent in the wholesaler community.

I first want to say that I am a new participant in the community but I have followed you guys since Brian ran all the pods(Ha!)

It's a smaller, family-friendly community that draws a ton of repeat vacationers (families will book the same place year after year).
