The 3/2 rule that J Scott suggested is clever... as is the square footage ones.

One even was so clever to sell water from my home to a builder who was building a home next door- So always double check.

What I don't understand is how you can "foreclose for title", I thought foreclosing always forces the house to public auction (and the first position lienholder takes title only if no one else places a bid).Is it really possible to foreclose directly for title, completely skipping the public auction, with some kind of clever contract clause?

When people think they are clever is when they get in trouble.It was mentioned that rents are subsidized.

It's amazing the amount of clever business names you can come up with just doing this.

Today this is me and I’m looking for some clever help.

A daily rental manager needs to provide some sort of reservation service (preferably it includes an online presence), physically inspect and clean the property each day as your renters check in and out, and provide a linen exchange and laundry service for the sheets, towels, etc.  

To get a property ready for guests, I spend a significant amount of money (10-15k) in linens, mattresses, small appliances, rugs, decor, soap, coffee, etc.

All I really had to do was wash the linens on the beds and the few towels they used.
