I also have plenty of people interested in deals. 

By no means are they all good deals and it takes some careful review, but I've run numbers on a few listings just in the last few weeks that seemed to be pretty decent opportunities.

Either way, I am willing to jump on a good deal in either market if the right thing comes up.
