Think of your fellow students as a captive group to build relationships. 

We work with several insurance companies that give the same kind of multi-policy discounts that other captive agent companies do.  

But I won't be captive here for long I'm betting, after I get maybe 10 wholesale deals and say 4 BRRR deals under my belt I'll be trying to expand my ambitions domestically.

This is not a do it yourself project.Rishel Consulting Group had been helping captive or related finance companies set up their Compliance Management Systems as lenders for a number of years.

That man was me…If you are wondering which podcast it was that started it all, I truly have a hard time remembering at this point but I know it was enough to captivate my interest with real estate.
