I know that interest on the acquisition loan can be included in the cost basis since it’s inventory.

I wouldn't bank on selling within 2 years.

Basically, more than a certain amount of STR and MTR in the same building were considered a hotel and I would have had to have 24/7 staff on site.Were you able to get around that with the local municipality?

@Michael Klinger  As others posted, SoFi and Discover personal loans are good options and I've used them in the past.  2-3 business days from application to funds in my checking account. 

That just adds a level of complexity to everything.I think there is so much opportunity in the US, that why would you try to complicate everything x10, but investing in someplace like Spain. 

Secure income from a thriving business as well.

Can't imagine being in business with characters like this. 

If you do the math the pyramid business model is mathematically flawed.
