has anyone installed spot resistant brushed nickel faucets in higher end rentals?  

First, I will brush off a section and spray Lysol or equivalent over the entire attic see it goes away.  

I recommend shooting cabinets with an airless paint sprayer if you want them to look good without residual fibers from a roller or orange peeling/brush streaking.

@Crystal Chang  wounded  :)  all of Ohio is not crappy.. there may be crappy homes in some areas but you cannot paint a broad brush.. but being a bay area guy born and raised..
