Stick to the math, don't fudge the numbers to make the next deal work, again, just so you can add to the number of units you own.Now that you have, likely, depleted your cash, take some time to breathe and rebuild. 

4 months ago I was on vacation in Costa Rica (using 6 of my total 15 days off a year) for a desperate breath oxygen and relief from my desk job, when I met a family on the beach.

Although I was not a full blown full-time REI at the time, I was living and breathing RE on a regular basis back then so I remember it vividly.

LOL.. judge just signed my order.. house is 100% covered in vines and blackberries and there is just a tiny path to the front door.. she opens the cat food cans and just chucks them on the little space on the porch.. since she would not answer us I had the cops do a wellness check and they did get her to the door.. you have to hold your breath when you get within 10 feet it.Also I am told the brother took a car apart and put it back together in the basement so supposedly there is a full size car we will have to deal with.. but this is a demo and rebuild new construction...

It's possible, but I wouldn't hold my breath.  

Again, there are many different routes you can take.As for the Zillow estimate, don't hold your breath.
