@Bruce Banner there are more questions I can ask you before giving you direction. 

Ever notice that banner ads always show items you recently searched?

Short-term rentals have again had a banner season here on Hilton Head.

We're free to start building literally tomorrow with all permits approved except we've been turned down by small local banks WA Fed and Banner since our personal income isn't high enough. 

Beech and Banner Elk are particularly strong.

So you'd probably have to pay for Articles which was not in my costs above.I'm always running across $50 off banners when visiting other websites online.

Sometimes we get a few together for a banner or some fundraiser and we each throw in $25 or something but it's voluntary.
