My wife also works and when she does it means I'm home with my daughter so I need time to line up baby sitting with grandma before I can help out.    

And it's been a couple of years and two babies since then.

With all the baby boomers & housing prices on the rise, RV sales have had a huge increase since vacation homes are out of reach.The business doesn’t require a ton of employees.

Closing costs are always high relative to purchase price for the baby transactions.

We had a hard time and they said no because my baby daddy (together for 17 years, just not legally married) just bought out his business partner and didn't have the business in his name 100% for 2 years (never mind that he started to company 10+ years ago) and our credit scores weren't superb at the time, low 700s. 

I've found that the 1 bedrooms tend to turnover more because people eventually want a 2nd bedroom - roommate, newborn baby, etc.  

Kind of feeling like I want to baby it for a few years.
