Europe is not a good market for investing.

I was involved in a bunch of industries—from wellness and gyms to digital marketing and consumer products.

I would hop that these interest rates are the highest that we will see in the next ten years but you never know where the market will go. 

Coach's that are successful make a ton of dough no doubt.. especially those with mass marketing and funnels to the big events.

I know pools are a must have amenity to compete in many markets and I have to admit that I'm a bit hesitant to enter those markets due to the potential liability risk.

My mum currently lives there, she is 80 and not very well, but you would also become a tenant in common and as such if you had the time you could profit 100% from the transaction, as I need cash urgently and am willing to heavily discount the asset.I am wondering if there is a market out there where someone wants to get a foothold in the London market by buying my part of the property.

There are many factors, as with any real estate market:(1) Location.
